Ayalah Gelnay
Founder - Stiletto Staircase
Ayalah is a relatable and inspirational woman who was born and raised in Melbourne. She is a business owner, advertising industry expert and savvy at achieving financial goals on her own merits.

Ayalah is no stranger to juggling study, work and family commitments. Whilst studying business at RMIT University and working as a bartender she saved enough for a house deposit which she purchased at 25.
Ayalah went on to work as a digital specialist in advertising for Australia's largest media company and won many accolades for outstanding commercial success.
​
Ayalah created Stiletto Staircase after seeing a unique need for teens and young adults to be upskilled on life skills and the basics of finance in order for them to get ahead independently.

Gen Chatfield is the owner and founder of digital marketing agency Generation_C Marketing (GCM).

A career customer marketer, Gen has worked across all customer-facing marketing functions from brand to retail marketing, acquisition to loyalty programs, and social media strategy to custom content production, for some of Australia’s biggest brands.
​
For the past 8 years, Gen has developed her skills as a digital specialist, pivoting from working with big corporations to develop bespoke marketing strategies for small businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

A passionate teacher, Fabienne has a Bachelor of Education (Primary) with Distinction. She is devoted to engaging and inspiring children to be positive, educated and independent.

Fabienne is a grammatical wizard, editing and contributing content on The Stiletto Staircase. She is a talented public speaker sharing life lessons on the 'envelope savings strategy', planning and budgeting.
